Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own décor and personalize the space to reflect your wedding vision. All décor must follow The Woods’ venue guidelines, and your wedding coordinator will work with you to ensure setup and removal are handled smoothly.
Our Standard Wedding Experience includes venue access on your wedding day. If The Woods is not booked the day prior, we are happy to discuss early setup options; however, early access is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Couples choosing our Complete Wedding Weekend receive access to designated spaces for their selected weekend gatherings, along with extended wedding-night celebration hours until 2:00 AM.
Yes. All personal belongings, gifts, décor, and other items must be removed at the conclusion of your celebration. Your wedding coordinator will assist with gathering gifts, cards, and personal items and ensuring they are safely placed in your designated vehicle, allowing you and your family to enjoy the end of the evening without worrying about cleanup.
Yes. Flexible financing is available through Affirm and Klarna for eligible couples. We can also accommodate split payments between family members or other contributors.
